For those new to the wonderful world of aromatherapy and how to use essential oils, we recommend that you are first guided by a qualified herbalist/aromatherapist.
Even though the essential oils we source are premium quality and suitable for all uses, we do not recommend using essential oils internally. They can be safely and properly used topically, diluted with a carrier oil, and/or inhaled, with great effectiveness.
