Same Day Shipping

We are excited to announce that we now offer same day express shipping for Zayed, Giza, 6th of October & Cairo!

Simply contact us at +2 01223353777 or message our WhatsApp account before 3pm Saturday to Wednesday and our customer service representative will be happy to assist you. We can arrange with a trusted driver to deliver your order.

Extra charges can apply depending on your zone.

If you are not in a rush, rest assured our regular shipping service with one of our third-party logistics partners is fast and arrives within 24-48 hours.

Standard Shipping

All orders are fulfilled by Blessed Journey Herbals staff and are shipped with our logistics partner.

Kindly check that you have entered your information correctly. Please, order using a mobile number that you would pick up. Feel free to add more than one number.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will be LE45 per address for anywhere in Giza & The Greater Cairo Area. 

Alexandria Delivery Fees: LE55.

If you require a delivery outside of the greater Cairo-Giza area, then additional delivery charges will apply.

Payment

We accept cash payments at delivery and Visa / Mastercard payments at checkout (powered by Paymob).

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are prioritized upon sequence. 

Orders are shipped by a professional delivery courier from our headquarters in Giza. Our Delivery Rep will contact you the morning of the delivery to confirm a delivery window within the day that best suits you.

Please arrange for someone in attendance to receive the order as if no one is available then the delivery personal will move on and delivery will be scheduled for the next day.

Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product or there is any defect let us know for a full refund or an exchange.
