Milk Kefir Superfood Smoothie
Add to a blender:
- 500 ml Fresh Homemade Probiotic Rich Milk Kefir
- 1 Teaspoon Ashwagandha Root Powder
- 1 Teaspoon RAW Organic Wildcrafted Spirulina
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds
- 1 Cup Frozen Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries... etc)
- 1/2 Banana (Optional)
- 1 Tablespoon RAW Unpasteurized Honey
- Blend
This can be enjoyed as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch.
For a plant based alternative, make your own almond or coconut yogurt, add the content of 1 or 2 capsules of probiotics to fresh pure almond or coconut milk, allow to ferment for several hours, then use this as a substitute for milk kefir.
Colon Cleanse Smoothie
Add to a blender:
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Peeled Green Apple
- 250 ml Fresh Citrus Juice (Orange, Limes, Grapefruits...etc)
- 250 ml Distilled Water
- 1/4 Dried or Natural Grapefruit Peel Pectin
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
- Blend

Liver Forgiveness Detoxifying Juice
Add to a slow juicer:
- 6 - 7 Peeled Beets
- 2 Peeled Carrots
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 2 Peeled Green Apples
- 2 Cups Watermelons
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cut Ginger
- 3 Peeled Limes
- 1 Habanero or Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
